Extra Virgin Olive Oil made exclusively from Picual olives, collected, selected and ground at their optimum moment of maturation, all through natural physical pressure and separation procedures allowing the oil to preserve all of its aromas and beneficial characteristics.

Golden colour with green light touches. Medium-intense aroma, with hints of green fruits touched with tomato leaf, reminiscent of “manchega” vegetable garden. Medium body with a light note of spice.

Good for cooking. Perfect for dressing saladas, pasta, grilled or steamed fish, and roast asparagus and potatoes. Ideal for toast. Excellent for frying.
