Extra Virgin Olive Oil made exclusively from Picual olives. Selected and ground at their optimum moment of maturity, all through natural separation and pressing procedures, allowing the oil to preserve all of its aromas and beneficial characteristics.
Golden colour, medium-intense aroma, with hints of green fruits touched with tomato leaf, reminiscent of “manchega” vegetable garden.
Medium body with a light note of spice.
