Iberico de bellota acorn fed pigs create this beautiful Pata Negra the finest ham in the world

Hand carved in to perfect sized pieces, this is a premium ham which has been cured in Sierra de Montánchez known as the balcony of Extremadura, 700m above the sea in a natural drying house for a minimum of 36 months.


Keep in the fridge until opening and then preferably consume in one sitting or if not wrap well in the fridge and consume within a few days.


To maximise flavour always serve the ham at room temperature to activate all the fat flavours
