How to prepare:

•Bag of Pimientos de Padron
•Olive oil
•Sea salt

1.Thoroughly wash the peppers and then pat dry and place in a hot frying pan already smoking hot with the olive oil.
2.Add the peppers and cook for 4-5 minutes turning regularly until the peppers are blistering and partly charred.
3.Drain the peppers and then sprinkle liberally with sea salt.
