Chistorra chorizo for tapas dishes, snacks and BBQs. Bake with honey or sauté in wine for the classic Spanish appetiser.


Made in La Rioja they have a soft texture and high oil content which makes them particularly good for tapas dishes or cooked whole in a roll with peppers, rocket and aoli.

This item is additive, gluten, glucose and lactose free

How long do they last?

These are semi cured so can last many weeks or even months in your fridge (see best before date on pack) but if you open them you can either wrap them well in cling film and keep in the fridge for a few more days or just freeze them for up to 6 months.
