From free range mountain pigs fed on acorns and wild grasses this is a high quality whole piece of sweet, delicate and lean tenderloin but cut from nearer the neck to give a fantastic marbling of fat to give a product identical to Italian coppa.
Contain no additives, gluten or flavourings this is a completely natural product.

How long do they last?

Wrap well to stop the air drying any further and this will last for many weeks once opened.
