Chorizo & Salami Crisps

This is a great way to get more from your chorizo and salami once you have had enough of cold cuts and can also be combined with thin sliced potato to create a much more interesting bowl of crisps especially if you use Iberico sausages due to their special fat content.

  • Simply thin slice the meats and then either heat in the oven or fry for 1-2 minutes in a hot frying pan until golden.
  • Drain on kitchen paper and then add sea salt and herbs of you choice.
